I have called customer service looking for a bag that I have been watching and now it’s sold out online. I called customer service and also the chat, and both say they do not have access to see if something will be restocked. Will outlet store employees have any more access or am I basically SOL? I believe it’s a newer bag that has only been out a few months. It’s just one color that is sold out, how possible is it that it will be restocked?
