What is going on here ?

I've never had a plant grow like this.

It's like there's an overabundance of New Growth, but it's not getting any stretch so it's all just building on top of each other.

What can I do to help it ?

If I even can. She has two sisters right next to it on either side

That happened to be fine.

I'm in the desert they are 100% full sunlight Outdoors AZ..

I'm about to have nightmares and what it's going to be like to trim.

I need help !!
