Old ford truck service needed

Okay, I have an odd situation, and need the right service place.

I have a 2005 Ford excursion. And I would rather not pay dealer prices.

I need a tune up (v10 6.3l) and rear brakes, calipers, and rotors.

Here's the hang up, I've tried to have the brakes done before, and the rotors are not standard. I need someone who can identify an odd situation and get the right parts installed.

I don't know if someone previously put the wrong parts on, or if this vehicle doesn't have the standard parts for some odd reason. But I'm running out of ideas.

My back brake pads are nearly metal to metal and I need to get this figured out.

Who do we like that can work beyond a computer screen alone when trying to figure out what parts to order? I would prefer someone insured, not a "cousin Bob" situation.

*This is my only vehicle. And I have a medically fragile child with lots of doctor appointments. So I can't just leave the truck, unless they have a loaner car program.*

thanks all
