Warning....second photo injury/blood.

Poor boy went on a nighttime adventure in our pantry and knocked over a glass container on the shelf. He got scared, ran through the glass and sliced off one of his back toe beans. He has a cone, antibiotics and pain medication. He loves our workout room for some reason, so we keep a camera up there to see what he's up to. This is how I saw him today when I checked on him.

Also... He's 15 pounds now! I was just telling my husband I thought he looked like he's had a growth spurt. He's 1 year 5 months old.

We live in Texas and the heat index has been over 100 lately. I told my husband today if we get snow this coming winter, Max is 100% going for a walk outside because his footsies are made for it!

Tangerine beauty crossvine. Going to plant this weekend to train up against a trellis. Do I remove the bamboo stick in the middle after planting? Leave it? I've literally gotten flip flop answers asking Google.

He sat sniffing the open window with one leg elevated for like 3 minutes straight. Sometimes I wish I knew what was going on in his head 😂

They're ridiculously cute sometimes.

I never expected them to get along so well together, but here we are! They play together, cuddle together, look a birds together, fight together. They're like true siblings 😂

Our boy will be a year old soon and still has almost no shedding. Floof accumulating!
