Psychiatrist vs. Sleep Specialist Differing SSRI opinions

I (35f) am getting ready for my overnight/MSLT tests in a little over a month. I have been diligently tapering off of my venlafaxine (anxiety/depression/ocd) and Intuiv (adhd) over the last few months in preparation for the tests.

My Psychiatrist wants to crosstaper me to Zoloft off of the venlafaxine. She plans for me to start 25mg next week as I continue down with the venlafaxine(37.5mg) and then off it completely to then begin upping the Zoloft.

My sleep specialist (who verbatim feels with near certainty that I have N1) wants me full off everything or on the absolute lowest dose the Psychiatrist is okay with. But with her switching me to zoloft I feel that will still mess things up with it being an SSRI. Yeah it's not an SNRI anymore but I am concerned it will still tweak my results after taking all this time to prepare.

What does everyone think, should I push back? I have been doing great with coming off the venlafaxine, and I have come a long way since I started my treatments with anxiety/depression/ocd over a decade ago. Im just not sure which doctor's POV is the best for me.

Thanks for any input!

My Poor New Son

I have a Meyer Lemon i brought home from the nursery last week. I put him outside under near my raised beds and all was going great. But now, like a lot of the Northern Hemisphere, Connecticut USA is experiencing a heat wave (heat indexes over 100f the past few days). I have a 30% sunshade tent on 6 ft poles around my entire garden area. Well, this poor son doesn't seem too happy, but only on this branch.

Any ideas? Is it shock from going from nursery greenhouse to full blast heat (even though shaded and a few days of full sun normal heat)? Should I use nutrients (i figured no since he still has green pellets from the nursery)? Does he have a disease? Doesn't look like a pest issue, i even saw a lacefly larva patrolling the area (I have many beneficial companions in my raised beds to attract them). I am brand new to the citrus world and would love any help. Thanks so much in advance!
