(idk if im at the right spot for this inquiry but i asked in a restoration subreddit and it got taken down for some reason so im trying here) i saw a scooter into someones skip and i asked if i could have it, because i used to be a scooter kid growing up but i always had like mini ones for kids not like a proper adult one. And this is one is a pretty pricey scooter my eyes practically gleamed when i saw it, i tightend the wheels so its sounds rlly nicer now like brand new but there is rust on the handle bars, in the middle, and all the way down can someone help me out.
