positive testimonies 3c2

My MIL got diagnosed with stage 3c2 cervical cancer,
i’ve been scrolling around on here, finding positive testimonies of people who beat the cancer to “cheer up” not just her but the whole family, as they are feeling very lost.

If anyone would reply to this post with their own experience, even if u are still going through it, i would greatly appreciate it.

Any advice/tips are welcome too.

(we’re waiting to get a call on sept 1st for a treatment plan)

Rent end of the year

Not sure i’ll achieve anything, but i guess its worth a shot.

Due to circumstances, i have to move out and find a new flat at the end of the year. As u all know, the market is crazy right now.

Does anyone happen to be living in a decent priced flat and is moving out around the end of the year? I know landlords are able to raise their prices, but i also know that they can be talked to if rent will be taken over and it means they dont have to put in much effort themselves.

fasting

Hi, i’ve been on wegovy for about 2-3 months now and have only lost about 4kg.
I started tracking my calories closely at the beginning of June, and have been in a weekly net deficit of 3-4k calories every week. (yess i am also counting every drop of oil and sauce)

I have figured out that the best way for my body to actually lose weight is fasting between the calorie deficit. (the weight i lose fasting stays off)

Before wegovy, my body could easily do up to 3 days of fasting, but now i sometimes feel nauseous before even hitting 16hrs.

I know that the reason for that is that im on wegovy now, but i was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to get over the nausea without really eating.
When im at home, i can sit it out and it passes after 15-30mins, but i cant just do that at work.

Any tips are greatly appreciated:)
