Eczema disappeared when in Greek island

I've been on vacation for the past two weeks in Kos, an island in Greece. 🇬🇷

I'm 27M and always have had a severe case of eczema, been to 5 dermatologists, diagnosed as Sebhorrae Dermatitis. Only thing that helped was Kelual DS shampoo, but even that wasn't always that effective.

I always have white hairflakes and redness in hair and temples, eyebrows (most annoying), beard, and chest area. Very annoying social wise because it looks like you're an unhygienic hobo that didn't shower for a week, but the issue is sometimes after shower it gets even
worse. But if I don't shower for a few daus gets bad too. And my hair gets thin/oily/not looking good fast.
Wheras in Kos my hair looked great for days even if not showered for days.

I'm now going back to Belgium, so I'm sure it'll slowly come back to default.
But I'm curious and wanna knows what caused my eczema to completely disappear.
Because from first days it basically disappeared fast.
- Is it the sun?
- Is it from swimming in the salt sea water?

I think it's the salt sea water, so I'm going to try to replicate that in Belgium by using some type of dead sea salts.
This is a huge deal for me because it affects my confidence, people's perception of me and my hygiene, how good I look (without eczema my hair and beard and face look much better).
And also no itching from the redness.

Anyone had a similar experience? 😅
