Big river coffee warning
Just wrote a review (first time ever doing so) for big river but thought I’d share here. I just moved from Florida and wanted to go try it out. It seemed cute and fun and their branding is so adorable.
But oh my god what is going on there???
There was one particular barista, black hair, glasses, early 30’s maybe? Boy was she absolutely horrible.
There are other reviews mentioning her bad attitude as well. But she wasn’t only rude to me, she was rude to the other baristas working there!
What kind of management does this place have if this is acceptable? She was snarky, rude to me, mad at her coworkers and just sour.
I was actually so beyond shocked at what I’d witnessed and got out of there as soon as I could. Jeez I feel sorry for the other workers.
Also what’s with the Jesus theme? Don’t get me wrong, I’m Christian but it’s all over in there.
Does anyone know what this places deal is???
