ADHD and stress head poor short term memory preparing for PH re disability/ app to amend

I missed computers. I was off travelling in India when they came in at work then I had a sprog, so I’m I was typing on one finger when I joined my job 10 years ago and now I’m in hot dispute with them and because
my poor short-term memory (which seems to be much much worse depending on how stressed I am ). all my files and documents are a mess…

I’ve got duplicates of duplicates every piece of work that I complete is called final last one ever this is it …:or something and then I forget what’s in it send the 2nd to last draft to the respondent so they’ve had some terrible junk…

I’m writing here to ask if anybody knows of a place or an app or something where you can put all of your legal documents statements and notes and iPhone messages and partial responses to CMOs, where it actually helps you sort and identify and clean up and get rid of duplicates?

All the best to everybody going through this and thank you for so much to those wise ones who help us.

Case Management Confusion

So I had my first Case Management and in a lot of ways I felt it went well go however the judge who was an absolute sweetie has issued a 20 page case management order and he’s ordered me to do lots and lots of things. Apparently my grounds of claim that the solicitor wrote was not as great as I thought it was and there’s a ton of stuff for me to do but one of the things he’s told me to do is prepare a schedule of loss in order to make an offer of settlement to send to the other side within about 10 Days and as part of that or in the same paragraph he said that I need to consider the risk of litigation when I’m arriving at my figure that I’ve got to offer to the respondent and so for the last few days I’ve been researching and trying to work out what this means you know like do I have a 50% chance of winning then do I cut it in half kind of thing but then when it came to sharing the schedule of loss today I suddenly thought I can’t be sharing these percentages with the other side can I? I’m so confused.

WHAT PRINTER??? United Kingdom down Devonshire way

It’s no good I cannot remember anything once it becomes a word doc… it’s forgotten to the extent I produce it again the next week.
So it’s a pretty complex case two respondents everything denied disability time limit jurisdiction the goodness of my intentions when I tried to raise the alarm the fact that I raise the alarm absolutely everything is disputed it’s probably Three disability claims maybe two if they let me have my section 15 Back it will be two reasonably adjustments and section 15 and s43 era and maybe 27 but I hope not

Re PRINTING

I’ve been to the library. I tried to print out the relevant legislation and it cost 30 quID😝
anybody got any ideas? Any experience with this? I guess I need black-and-white only I guess I don’t want to be changing inks etc??

tech illiterate so the simpler the better
if anybody’s got a printer that they think is okay and they can recommend something please help. I can scrap up £100 to 120….

Gawd!

I hate printers but I guess that’s when the penny drops the office is no longer available.

After about 6 weeks I withdrew my DSAR ASK last year as I mistakenly thought they were wanting to make amends….

Wrong… so new DSA REQUEST HAS BEEN with them at least 6 weeks

cM coming up soon. I am disappointed but I know it’s arduous for them … they are playing ‘ only a small charity ‘ card pretty heavily … yeah… small charity / housing tycoon ….

Any suggestions? I’m not a stickler. I would actually prefer to have it in increments but they don’t respond.

They hate me I think.

Thanks all

The two I’ve got both have chess game on the front both very good but I need stuff on secondment and implied contract and struggling even to find case law on that.

I realised I was being treated badly in Jan and that it was really quite ‘dark’ in early April when I got a pip with some unkind documentation…
was sent on garden leave in early June.
I contacted ACAS 4May and was signed off by them 15 June .
I put ET1 in 9th aug

R says I’m out of time and cannot rely on acts or omissions prior to 5th Feb…

I knew there was 3 months to lodge claim but I’m a bit confused about this bit .

There was someone behaving in an ‘unsporting’ way from mid jan till I left in June

God I’m stressed out
First PH in weeks

I’m so overwhelmed and have read so much conflicting advice on what docs I’ll need before then .

Many many thanks for this place.
