Im currently on wegovy 0.25. I've been on it before and went all the way up to 1 mg. Had a break from it and started again. I feel good on wegovy eating less etc. I now got my eyes up for Reta. I know everyone is different and react differently but im just curious if someone did the switch from 0.25 to Reta and what dose? And how did you feel? Did it take long time for you to notice. Ive seen some going on 2.4 wegovy and hv to go up all the way tp 4 mg a week or even more before they started to feel something. Read that 1mg on reta is a way to start..
