PCP not concerned?

Would an endocrinologist treat these? My pcp won’t. I’m 7 months pp. I’ve been struggling with constipation for a few years now, fatigue and major depression brought on by pregnancy. I’m on the max dose of lexapro and still feel depressed. Do I find a new pcp or ask for a referral for an endocrinologist or just wait the 6 months to recheck?

Breastfeeding aversion?

My twin A has been home from the nicu since January. She has hardly breastfed at all. She had severe silent reflux so eating was a challenge in the first few months. We fought for every ounce. Now that she’s seven months old/five months adjusted she’s eating bottles super well. I’ve tried to latch her a few times here and there since she’s been home with and without the nipple shield. She will randomly breast-feed with the nipple shield, but not for long. If I try without the nipple shield, she quite literally freaks out. It’s almost like she has an aversion to my nipple??? I don’t know if it’s a sensory thing or what but I I would like to try and breast-feed because I’m sick of washing bottles and was hoping for some bonding .She is very uninterested, but I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to help her overcome this?

Help with lab results

Hello! About 2 weeks ago I got my tsh drawn and it was 4.45. 2 weeks later it was 6.210….My PCP wasn’t concerned at all and denied any extra testing. I felt annoyed, so I went to an independent lab and got a comprehensive thyroid panel done.

My most recent draw was Saturday May 9. I sent results to PCP.

TSH -6.210

T3 free - 2.3

T4 total- 6.7

T4 free 0.96

Thyroid peroxidase 435
