Confusion - WeWard Responses

I deleted my last post because I don’t want to cause more confusion or lead people astray. The original language in their Walkopolis post was unclear (“collectible forever”) and caused a lot of confusion. I, along with others, reached out to WeWard to get clarity. Their response to me could not have been more clear - but ended up being a total lie based on the updated language on the post now and their social media.

Their response to me said it was limited, other responses said it was not, and a third even said they were still deciding!

Whether the issue is WeWard lying on purpose, an issue with the use of AI in their customer support, changing their mind later in the launch or purposely trying to create confusion to get people to open packs and spend more money we’ll never know for sure! But I apologize for sharing a response that was misleading in anyway - WeWard flat out lied to me. And I’m angry. And I’m angry and for anyone who acted on it and opened their saved packs (me and my husband included).

I’ll be writing to WeWard - not that I think they’ll care. But encourage others to do the same!

Capital One Shopping

Referral code for Capital One Shopping - $80 Shopping Rewards

capitaloneshopping.com/r/71903588-9da2-4fe0-9c68-ac73dba0d1da

Terms and Conditions
Offer terms may change at any time. The operative offer terms for both Referrer and Refer-ee will be determined at the time the Refer-ee creates a Shopping User Account using a referral link. Check back https://capitaloneshopping.com/account-settings/invite-friends for current offer terms. This offer is available only for Refer-ees who are new Capital One Shopping users (real people who do not have [and have not previously had] a Capital One Shopping User Account). For either the Referrer or Refer-ee to be eligible for a referral bonus, the Refer-ee must install either the Shopping desktop or mobile extension in their primary browser with full permissions, and on a device in which the extension has never previously been installed. The Refer-ee must install the Shopping extension within 7 days of creating a Shopping User Account using a referral link. The Refer-ee must then regularly use the Shopping extension and shop as they normally would, on their primary browser and with full permissions granted, for 90 days following the installation date. The referral bonus will be automatically applied to the relevant accounts within 30 days after the Referrer and Refer-ee have satisfied all requirements. Uninstalling the Shopping extension or changing its permissions at any time during the trial period will prevent both the Referrer and Refer-ee from receiving a referral bonus. To be eligible for this offer, both the Referrer and Refer-ee must be located in and reside in the United States. The Refer-ee must also provide a verified, unique email address, and complete Capital One Shopping User Account. Additional identity, location, and other eligibility verification may be required. If a Refer-ee is not deemed eligible for a referral bonus, then neither will the Referrer, and vice versa. Capital One Shopping users may only earn up to $1900 in referral bonuses from the referral program. Users must comply with all additional Terms of Service. All referral bonuses are subject to review. Capital One Shopping reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any referral bonuses and/or Shopping Rewards and/or to terminate Capital One Shopping User Accounts if Capital One Shopping, in its sole discretion, deems any attempt to redeem a referral bonus to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with any terms and conditions that accompany this offer, our Terms of Service or any other applicable law or regulation.
