My attempt at Cyanotype prints
Inkjet print vinyl seems to absorb the emulsion as long as it doesn't pool on the surface.
Right now I am exposing for about 20-30 minutes with a 60w Uv lamp, maybe 2-3ft away from the surface.
I am making negatives by printing on transparent sticker vinyl and applying it to a piece of glass, then I lay it, ink side down, on the emulsion to expose.
I use a little bit of hydrogen peroxide to darken them up when developing, but how do I get those darker, almost black prints?
I'm also curious to how long these will last, it's definitely not a common or recommended material.
Any tips or recommendations? This is my first go at cyanotypes, and I plan to scale this process up to my 24in printer because why not.
Building my portfolio before printing a lot of these
I've been working on a portfolio of zines to showcase my photography. I still have some unfinished projects I want to finish before focusing on printing a large amount of these, but I'm happy with what I have now. Just wanted to share what I have so far

Still working on the overall design, and song lyrics need added to some pages. I'm excited to make more. Printing takes forever but worth it in the end. This is my first real attempt at making a zine.
How many should I print?
You don't have to go easy on me, I'm here to become a better photographer.
I am new to anything "studio" related - lighting, set design, etc. I have been shooting forever, but am slowly starting to take my hobby more seriously. My friend is part of a band and let's me treat them like guinea pigs. (This is maybe my first or second time seriously using a remote flash which I am figuring out has a large learning curve)
My question is are these edits too cooked? Not enough? Some of the colors feel off, skin tones are hard lol. I don't receive much feedback on technical aspects and would love some input!
