TSS System Malfunction
I have a 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid and got this warning yesterday while driving after several hours. It was a bit rainy but the warning came on and wouldn’t go away. If I clicked the return button on the steering wheel, the error would reappear within 10 seconds. It persisted for about 30 minutes until I reached my destination. I tried restarting the car and the error immediately reappeared. I stayed at my destination for about 4 hours and when I started the car to leave, it did not come back. I’m hesitant to take it in to the dealership and have them say “well it’s gone now so everything is fine”. Does anyone have any tips here? I know the systems it’s indicating are the Blind Spot Indicator, Rear Cross Traffic Alert Indicator, and Safe Exit Assist Indicator.
