'In his testimony, Robert Jacobs claims that while serving at Vandenberg Air Force Base in 1964, his team filmed an Atlas missile test through a telescopic camera system. According to Jacobs, the footage showed a disc-shaped unidentified object approaching the dummy warhead, circling it, and firing several beams of light at it, after which the warhead appeared to malfunction or tumble. He says the film was later confiscated and that he was told not to discuss the incident.'
