I just signed our 2-year old flatcoat up for her first dock diving competition. She took a basic class here in Atlanta last month and today started the intermediate class. I've never had a dog in any competition so I feel like I'm going into this blind...wondering if anyone has any chestnuts of wisdom or helpful tips. She consistently jumps 18-19 feet and today sailed past 20 so it seems she can be somewhat competitive. I know that's not elite level, but she absolutely loves it and so I want to make sure we give her a great experience.
