So I'm getting back into LEGO recently and had an idea. My younger brother is into cars and his dream car is the BMW M3 E46 (we live in Europe so German cars aren't quite as rare here). I've seen some people's MOCs of that specific car and would love to try my own hand at it as a surprise gift.

Now here's the tough part. I would like to build it in the Dark Azure color, because that's the closest approximation to the color of his dream car. How would one go about finding/sourcing parts?
