Katahdin advice
Me and my wife are planning a trip to do katahdin from down south for our anniversary in late sept/early oct. doing some research and instead of doing a long 1 day hike i had thought about hiking in from roaring brook, possibly camping at chimney pond, and hiking up to pamola and around the ridge and back to camp, thoughts are that we’d be less rushed and get to take our time. Any logistical advice would help greatly!
