I feel like my Dr. really rips and pulls at my skin when he’s doing this (pic 1) type of adjustment. I just got home from my 6th appointment with him and already have marks on both arms (pics 2&3). I did cry on the drive home because of how bad it burns. I need your opinion on if I should go back, or if this is normal and I’m just a bitch

I got her a couple days ago from Home Depot, put her outside in full sun (6b) and have been giving her rainwater daily, but some of the mouths are starting to turn black. I’m assuming she’s been getting wayyy more sun than Home Depot, and started to burn. I’m getting the proper pearlite and peat moss mixture tomorrow so I can repot her. Should I be doing anything different or do you think she’ll be okay?
