Should I fake my experience to 2years as a 2026 graduate?
Companies create fake job posting for freshers and Hr often waste my time after clearing all the rounds they say position are filled.
I am a 2026 B.E. graduate with 8 pointer and completed 3 decent internships and I got 1 internship at good mnc but was only of 3 months so in total i have 8 months of experience thru internships. I have sent 1000+ applications to specific desired role and any fresher role except sales and bpo
After trying and working so hard I did received 15+ referrals but I think referrals wont work for freshers, So after this all I came with a plan
If I fake my experience to 2 years I will atleast get hr calls and then I will ask them about frehers opening at their firm. As they did ignore my resume for months, so could I pull up this trick and see what happens?
As I want to get out of caged mind and see if this would take me anywhere
