Should Hyeonju, Nana, Yoona, and Seowon not be considered 5th gen idols, just idols in a 5th gen group?
Question in the title.
I came across this thread that pretty much implied that idols who redebuted shouldn't be considered of that gen. Lee Hyori is considered a 1st gen idol despite becoming a soloist later, and Shinee Taemin will always be known as a 2nd gen idol despite redebuting multiple times.
Hyeonju debuted in 2017 which would make her a 3rd gen idol, Yoona debuted in 2021, same with Seowon but as a soloist, and Nana debuted a year later in Japan which would make them 4th gen idols.
I'm also not certain if Elisia's early career as an actress should be counted as a debut.
No video. They performed SWICY again.
I am happy that they're OT8 again, and that Yoona has bangs now.
But idk, do Korean award shows hate Japanese songs? Does FnF have a contract that states you can only do Japanese songs in Japan or in Japanese related events?
What is it, FnF? I just watched the girls go thru the motions again instead of, y'know, promoting their latest song.
