I need help tracking down this specific toy for my friend’s cat, it was a gift and he’s not sure where it came from. It’s his cat’s favorite toy but it’s a little worse for wear and needs to be replaced. I tried google lens and found some from hobby lobby that are really close but not quite right. The second photo is a sketch of what it may have looked like new, he says it either had two or four symmetrical loop wings and more feathers. Any help is appreciated!
