does anyone know how to contact player support outside the app? I can’t access the game (since the update) it just sits on the pinkish loading screen and then crashes. I tried to log a help request but it got immediately closed as I don’t know my player id (as I can’t access the app).

I have tried completely closing, clearing cache and deleted and redownload the app. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions

Play this game all the time + would be gutted if that’s the end of it. (and have spent money on magnet so but annoyed about that too)

please let me know if there is a way to contact player support that I am overlooking or if I am missing an obvious fix. thanks in advance xx
