Hi All,

Just got a new smart grinder as a wedding gift. Unfortunately when we try and grind finely for espresso there’s almost no output. I adjusted the top burr from a 6 to a 4, but still no luck. It seems to be working fine for coarser grinds. Are there any more adjustments I should be making or did we get a dud?
