A mom is super mean to her son, and at some point in the movie she says “he soiled himself” in an evil voice.

Possibly “now he’s soiled himself” (I can’t remember if she said now or not)

I know it’s not much to go off of but it’s been bugging me and my husband multiple times now lol. Figured I’d reach out here to see if anyone happens to know what movie this is from!
