Little update, guys.

I visited the doctor this morning and found out that I have scabies, so I'll need to take proper precautions and focus on recovering. On top of that, I've also developed a cough, fever, and a runny nose with constant sneezing. 🤧

Because of this, I might be inactive for the next few days, or my daily updates may be delayed. I'll be back once I'm feeling better.

Thanks for sticking around, and take care of yourselves too. ❤️

Day 6: Sleep Won Almost Every Battle Today 😴

Hey folks, Day 6 here.

Today was honestly a really sleepy day. I woke up late and missed my first lecture. I also ended up missing breakfast because I overslept.

After college, I had lunch and then fell asleep. 😅 I ended up sleeping much longer than I planned and missed my afternoon lectures too.

In the evening, I still went to the gym, so at least I didn't break that habit.

Not every day is going to be productive, and today definitely wasn't. But I'm trying not to let one off day turn into two.

The good news is that I don't have any classes for the next five days. 😌 Hopefully, I can reset my sleep schedule, stay consistent with the gym, get some studying done, and come back feeling more productive.

Has anyone else had days where you just couldn't stay awake no matter what? 😴

Hey folks, Day 5 here.

Today was one of those days. College was hectic, and I couldn't have breakfast or lunch properly because... well, hostel food. 😅

I wasn't feeling very energetic, but I still went to the gym. The workout wasn't my best since I hadn't eaten enough, but I didn't want to make excuses and skip.

I'm starting to understand that consistency isn't about having perfect days—it's about showing up even when things aren't ideal.

For those who live or have lived in a hostel, how did you manage your diet while trying to gain muscle? Any budget-friendly food or snack recommendations would really help.

Day 5 ✔️ On to Day 6. 🚀

# 💪 Day 4: I'm Back! (Account Issues + Gym Update)

Hey folks! 👋

I'm finally back.

I wasn't inactive by choice—my Reddit account ran into some issues, and it took me about two days to get it back. 😅

Even though I couldn't post, I didn't stop showing up.

Over the last two days:

- 🏋️ I went to the gym.

- 💪 Trained my full body.

- ✅ Stayed consistent.

Now it's Sunday, and my whole body is sore. 😂

Luckily, today is my rest day, so I'm planning to recover properly and get ready for next week's workouts.

I'm still a complete beginner at the gym, and I'm also a skinny hostel student with a limited budget, so I'd really appreciate some advice from you all.

A few questions:

- 🥩 What are the best budget-friendly foods for gaining weight and muscle?

- 🥛 What should I eat if I mostly depend on hostel mess food?

- 😴 What's the fastest way to recover from muscle soreness?

- 💧 Any recovery tips or beginner mistakes I should avoid?

My goal is simple:

Stay consistent with the gym, improve my DSA every day, and become a better version of myself—one day at a time.

And yes...

If I stop posting again, roast me. 😂 (Hopefully this time it won't be because of Reddit.)

Thanks in advance for any advice. I'd love to learn from your experience! 💪🚀

From Procrastination to Progress (Hopefully 😅)

🚀 Day 1: Trying to Become the Guy I Keep Imagining

Hey Reddit! 👋

This is my very first post.

I'm a Computer Science student who keeps saying, "I'll start tomorrow."

Well... tomorrow officially ends today.

Starting now, I'm committing to becoming more consistent in every part of my life:

\- 💻 Solving C++ & DSA problems every day

\- 📚 Studying consistently

\- 🏋️ Hitting the gym regularly

\- 📖 Learning something new every day

\- 😴 Fixing my sleep schedule (this one's probably the hardest 😭)

I know motivation comes and goes, but I'm trying to build discipline instead.

I'll be posting my progress, wins, failures, bugs that took hours to fix, and everything I learn along the way.

If I stop posting, roast me. Seriously. Hold me accountable. 😅

If I disappear for a week, I probably got stuck in a segmentation fault... or YouTube's recommendation algorithm won. 💀

Here's to becoming 1% better every single day.

Day 1 starts now. 🚀
