MRCPsych Paper A help 🥹
I just completed my internship year and want to sit the November exam. I have bought Psychmentor for now but haven’t started anything because I’m a little lost and confused about how exactly to start.
From what I’ve gathered through reviews: Psychmentor + SPMM (Hi yield/Mocks)
My question is: How are we actually supposed to study a topic? You can’t just start with questions and learn the explanations, right? Am I supposed to go through the notes, prepare them first then do the Q bank?
Am I supposed to go through revision guide, psychmentor notes, spmm notes, any videooos or what?
It feels a little stupid while asking this honestly but I’m just a little lost right now.
Can someone pls help me out with a little detailed guideline on how to take things with an estimated timeframe/schedule for the topics? 🙏
Also, I keep wondering if I’m being overestimating my potential to prepare in 2.5-3 months (without work) with no previous psychiatry experience/postgrad knowledge whatsoever. 🥲
