Hi, I currently wanna build a small business, the product I wanna to sell is toys(like the stress ball and things like that) but I’m straggling:

1. I don’t know how to looking for good suppliers (I wanna buy the fake needoh) and with small MOQ
2. I’m still confusing about the shipping (my country is Indonesia)
3. How many people should I collaborate with?(like the client, warehouse (shipping things), or look for a third person to handle all of that? , and local people) is it possible to working alone? Like just with clients?

I think that’s all what make me feel stuck, should I learn more?(where should I learn?)

Maybe there’s a people who success with this kinda business, please give me an advice 🙏🏼
