Finding myself getting hung up on aesthetics instead of fun

Currently i only have:

3 tiny earlobe piercings (planning to get them punched out)

14g septum

Mantis piercing (paired forward facing nostrils)

Any ideas what would work for me? I like symmetry in most cases, but feel free to share any thoughts you may have to the contrary :)
