My 150mm had a sticky aperture that would intermittently stop down for exposures, but not every time, likely due to old grease. The lens was in beautiful condition when I sent it. Upon receiving it this week, the blades are gouged and dirty (and potentially installed in the wrong order)

He offered to refund the work done on the lens, but I think I may need a new lens now.

Can’t believe my eyes! Any recommendations on how I should proceed with damages such as these?
