I’m sorry if this has been answered before but it says my income level does not match this lottery— however it definitely does. I checked my application and my income is definitely updated and good. Has anyone had any success appealing this? I also do not have any voucher or subsidy so that is not factor.
I understand the process is faster but the re-rentals that I have seen from them so far have been absolutely awful. Are all of their buildings just awful? I understand it’s less likely for someone to move out of an actual good building but I do expect people to move on from 1 bedroom apartments if they expand their families or begin to increase their income. Should I even bother with this management company? Not to mention they are all awfully small with no storage and awful appliances. One even had like makeshift counters and cabinets. Is this normal? They also talk to everyone like they’re coming out of a homeless shelter with no income. Calling shitty apartments “opportunities.” Wtf
