Looking for someone to take over my spot in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Hoboken ASAP through March 1, 2027, with option to renew. Flexible move-in — available as soon as possible or by the end of July.
Rent is $2750 + utilities and the bedroom + private office can come furnished if desired.
The setup is ideal for someone working hybrid/remotely since you’d have:
