About to do a sweep. Two questions.
Currently getting ridiculously low offers. I’m trying to do the level 5 strategy for the next store. I have read the strategy numerous times, but it seems like something isn’t working, so I want to ensure I’m doing it correctly next round.

Plan for After the Sweep:
I will keep ALL level 6-8 gens in temp storage, except for my Phone/Computer Gen. I don’t have enough scissors to cut & sell them.
I will only move level 4 & 5 gens to my board, except for phones/tables gen.
My new current 4 stores will be Normal Toy Store, Jewelry 1, Jewelry 2, and Bakery, so I will never remove the clothing generators from temp storage. I will accumulate scissors, so I can cut/sell those right before the sweep after this one.
Before the sweep, I’ll get all of the exchange items.

Question 1: Are my plans above what they need to be?
Question 2: I don’t currently have enough scissors to cut/sell my level 8 tech generator. I also have some high level items I could use in the exchange still. Will it hurt my offer prices to have two “expired” level 8’s in my perm storage (tech and phone/table)?
