The Diaspora Spice Co. Cookbook: Seasonal Home Cooking from South Asia's Best Spice Farms
My cookbook club cooked from the Diaspora Co cookbook this month and it was INCREDIBLE. We collectively made the jammy egg curry, the Kashmiri pulao, the bitter melon salad, the date cake, fennel shrub cocktail. The singju salad, country chicken curry, pol roti- also remixed it into a chapati version and the aloo potatoes. 10/10 I’m still thinking about the country curry chicken
