VOD Bundle Gripes
Am I completely out of pocket? Personally I am very passionate about physical media & the ways companies are ripping us off by forcing us to continuously pay for content without any option to own it.
I’m on SSDI, struggle to pay my bills, & still try to support the creators I enjoy. But being expected to pay repeatedly for temporary access to the same content feels completely unfair, especially at this cost for such a brief time.
Should I just get over it or can we try to open a conversation with the company about this or something? Bc $50 for less than 3 weeks to view
this content some of us ALREADY PAID FOR ONCE, to me seems like absolute robbery. And the “customer service” chatbot that only answers 5 preset questions with zero other contact options is just the anti-customer icing on the cake from my POV. 🫠
