Going from 30mg to 40mg shorter adjustment period?

I will be going to 40mg and I was curious for the people who have felt the adjustment period from increasing doses is the adjustment period the same or less time? 1 week or more? I have had a huge decrease of anxiety but I do still have consistent dread that shows up. Trying this out to see if it gets less. Any feedback from your personal experiences would be appreciated.

Full 12 weeks to feel better?

If anyone can please give me some feedback.
I am taking 30mg on week 9. Week 4 I had great 4 days of mood. Then again on week 7 I had 6 days of great mood. Which was during my period too. After period ended week 8 till now week 9 my mood has been down. Low mood, uneasy and feeling discouraged. When I do the research it says Prozac is working for me because I did have long stretches of good days. It also says from week 8-12 it’s therapeutic and stabilizing in your body. I guess they can coexist together. My question is has anyone else had a similar experience to me? And how long did it take them to feel more stable. Did you have to up your dose?

What is up with week 6

Week 5 on 30mg and I was having a pretty great week I was like great looks like it’s really working but now week 6 came around and it feels up and down. I know it can stabilize in your system for up to 12 weeks.
Just curious to know if other people have had week 6 rollercoaster as well? Is it common or different for different people.

30mg dose increase on week 4

How long does it actually take after a dose increase to feel more stability? How long has it taken for you? Can it take longer than 4 weeks?

3rd week of 30mg Prozac

I am now on 30mg in my 3rd week. The start of 3rd week I had two days where most of the day I felt pretty good and had a neutral mood. Then next day I felt down or bouts of anxiety and it seems like it’s up and down. It’s very discouraging and even though the good days make me feel like it’s working when it’s not consistent I feel like is it actually working? Some things have improved and that’s what I see as a sign of it working. Did anyone else have experiences like that that after a few months the ups became more. Are the ups and downs truly a sign it’s working and will get better?

30mg 2nd week up and down

This is the 2nd week I’m on 30mg and I have days where I feel good even better than a neutral mood then there are days I get moments of anxiety. I wake up around 4:00 and I have intrusive thoughts but I do think this is the increase in dosage and the activation period. Has anyone else had this experience and did it level out as the first few weeks passed?

Week 3 experiences

I am on week 3 of Prozac 20mg.
I was on celexa for a long time then for pregnancy changed to Zoloft but after that went back on celexa and it didn’t help for anxiety.
So far I do feel a difference it’s been two days and I have a neutral mood during the day for the most part. I do have less of an appetite. As it gets to the evening I feel like my mood goes low.
Also last night I woke up at 3:00 sweating, shaking and have intrusive thoughts.
Has anyone else gone through this on week three? I obviously see signs of it working at least better than the other two but just wanted to hear some thoughts and similar experiences.
