I had some hiking boots years ago i used for catering and I remember they were dead comfortable and waterproof. Have never found anything a good as those and can't remember the make. Maybe Berghaus. Anyone got any recommendations in this space even if not hiking boots.
All my veg even in the greenhouse, flyers and others plants are all crawling. Only getting tomatoes now, cauliflower no heads yet, coutgette only starting now cosmos small, sunflowers only getting heads. I don't remember the garden being this far behind by July before.
Both of these plants came from the same batch off sowings. The broccoli on the left was planted out 3 weeks ago and the one on the right was kept in a polytunnel.
Is it just me or is the Irish weather staying colder (even without frost) for a lot longer in the last few years?
I've been hardening off these courgettes for the last 2 days and today they looked all dried out despite being regularly watered.
