Hello there, not sure this is the right place to ask, if not I will delete the post :).

Helping out a friend that's trying to open a new place, I found this machine for sale, roughly 3K USD, but I can't find any information or brand or anything on it and was wondering if someone recognized it, is it worth it? usually everything I find is upwards of 4k USD around here.
