💰 Pay Structure
- Trial Week: $80 total
- After successful trial:
- $400/month guaranteed base pay
- Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and consistency

✅ Requirements
- 6–12 months+ real editing experience
- Must understand modern short-form editing style
- Comfortable editing long-form content as well
- Good sense of pacing and storytelling
- Coachable, reliable, and consistent
- Must provide portfolio/sample work
