When in the hiring process do I tell them I have two week trip coming up in a week?
Hello,
I am on my second round of interviews for a position I really want and need. I have a two week trip coming up next week. Should I even tell them. Or if I am offered the position just say you would like to start in 3 weeks or give them a specific date? If I am offered it next week it would but me in that 2 weeks notice period but if I am offered this week it would be a 3 weeks start date. Thank you! This is the first job in my career that I actually want.
