Im working on a theory with this but I have to organize my thoughts and iron out details. This just happened to go along with a thought I already had which was that I think Asat is trying to steal Aha's stories and legends. He blatanly said he copied one in 4.3 and then also mentioned blowing up the train.

This is where I get to Sampo. There are two storylines in the first half of the video. Before he gets to talking about the Trailblaze. One that has to do with the Emperor's War and the other that has to do with a world that seems to be destroying itself over a golden rose. That's the one that has all the quotes that have to do with Sampo.

Asat says he wanted to help people and we see a child. We have no reason to really believe this child existed but I think they did and more specifically I think this was Sampo before he ascended. This world was his original one that destroyed itself in its own Nihility and selfishness. Im just curious if anyone else sees the same.

I brought the picture of Isee because it's the only one where we see any details of his face and in that we see he's blonde with purple eyes which in Sepia coloring would not look like the child's but the child DOES remind me a lot of Sampo even in the different artstyle. Imagine his hair done a lot more naturally and him younger and I could see it. This may just me looking too deeply into something that's not there but I thought I'd share it in case anyone else noticed it or so people could tell me Im looking too deeply into this 😂

Before this begins I posted this on mobile so I have no idea how it will work but while this focuses a lot on characters that aren't Sampo my main focus is the connection between those characters and Sampo's story so let's begin:

Amphoreus has long since come to an end and so a dear friend of mine and I have begun to analyze how deep Amphoreus being a "miniature of the cosmos" goes. We have found that many storylines in Amphoreus that may be consider unimportant to the grander story seem to correlate with other such things that have long since been foreshadowed like the Godslayer Protocol and the IPC civil War. They aren't 1:1 but there were more similiarities when you look into it then not.

It was that correlation that made us look at Zagreus and Cipher's relationship and how they work together for how Aha works.

In 3.3, we learned that Cipher never truly had the power of Trickery. Zagreus instead lent her his power in order for him to stay existing. They had a deal that let her take over the responsibilities and use Zagreus' power while Zagreus would continue playing tricks around the world (with them showing up to help her sometimes). At first we believed this was a relationship of the mask vs person but we no longer believe that and in fact believe they are two very separate entities with the relationship most likely of Aeon and Emanator.

We believe the person who has the "Cipher" position is Nihilux. Nihilux is an interesting character but there are very important things to note about her. One is that she knows a lot more than she says she does. She is also the only character we know of so far that is connected to the Mourning Actors. With that it's important to know who we believe she is. At first we thought because of her art connection she was Graphia and had a connection to why Planarcadia was being used as a sacrificial lamb essentially to keep Voracity sealed, but we no longer believe that. Instead we would like to bring your attention to our first picture, and excerpt from Aha's Fables.

We believe that Nihilux was this mourning actor who truly understood the Elation and all it encompasses, which as we've been told is not just joy but also the sorrow as well. They are both sides of the coin. She's the one who truly saw who Elation was and as such I believe, just like Cipher and Zagreus, they came to a deal as the Elation wanted to put down their mask for a while so Nihilux took over Aha's job. She does not have the power but is able to use it (which I'll admit I don't exactly know how this works but I imagine Aha gave her SOMETHING for this since we know a mortal cannot accept the divinity of an aeon because of the noblesse worm so maybe it's through an item she's able to pretend to be Aha.)

It is here we finally get onto who Aha is and that is Sampo. There is a much more concise theory than I can be on why that is that has been posted in this subreddit so I won't be rehashing those points but know that pretty much none of my points differ from that post as it was the one that made me look into the correlation between Aha and Sampo a lot more deeply.

In Amphoreus, they had a theme of using minigames to give foreshadowing and well that's true with Zagreus as well. We had met Zagreus from the very beginning as they were a character who would steal our treasure and try to con it out of us but we knew of them from the very first patch of Amphoreus and didn't think much of their importance at first. In 3.3 that changed as that's when it was revealed that they were Zagreus and gave up their coreflame willingly to work together with Cipher. This didn't mean they weren't the titan of Trickery anymore. They still possessed all of those powers they just let people believe that Cipher had the powers then.

I believe Barthalos is supposed to symbolize Aha's role in the story and supposed to make you draw parallels if you look closely. Just like with the Flame Reaver puzzle with Phainon and the Flame Reaver, you cannot see the comparison unless you are looking for them. Sampo is the original Aha and has never fully given up that role until the end of the cycle. As for if he will ever give up that role I don't think he will. I think what will happen is that Sampo and Nihilux will have to work together like Cipher and Zagreus had to.

I hope this fits this subreddit! But this was the conclusion I came to in regards to the debate on "Who is Aha" and I stand firmly behind Sampo 💖
