Unable to send or receive crypto, but seed phrase is correct

My old Nano X died (7 years old) so I ordered a new one, set up with the seed phrase and everything but now I can't send or receive any crypto on Ledger Live.

I've written down multiple copies of the seed phrase on the first day and they were all consistent with each other. And when I went to add the BTC account (SEGWIT), it shows the correct account with the correct amount of funds.

So that means the seed phrase is correct, right? But now whenever I try to do anything else, it says "Something went wrong - Please check that your hardware wallet is set up with the recovery phrase or passphrase associated to the selected account".

I'm very convinced my seed phrase was correct (no passphrase) and the account can be found so why can't I perform any transactions with my account??? This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that we've put all of our trust into maintaining our funds, and now I can't even move it at all.
