Came back from artblock and wow I am out of my game. I'm aware of the obvious discrepancies, but i still need help, i really don't get the hips

How do u draw male body???
I've redrawn this for the past few days and i could never get past the chest and torso. He's supposed to be slightly buff, but lean at the same time. I can't wrap my head around how it's supposed to be drawn in the first place.
I'm used to drawing women often, so i tried applying their anatomy to males but... It looks so wrong. I really need help, and if someone can draw over it for visual learning I'd love that
