Ming Cycle Industrial co LTD sticker ? Is the bike legit ?

Hi, I'm looking to buy second hand an S5 2026 with the visma livery. it looks genuine with receipt and all but I saw this "ming cycle industrial co ltd" below the bike near the bottom bracket area.

After some research online they could be manufacturing frames for cervelo but I didn't find a lot of source regarding this nor recent ones. on the few build videos of the S5 i've seen on YT, none of the bikes had this sticker.

So i'm wondering if some of you might know more about this sticker / company...

I'd just like to avoid buying a chinese replica / fake frame.

thank you guys for any help you can give me <3

My gravel setup for a five day bikepacking trip

- Tailfin rack with the speedpack

- Zefal top tube (for my point and shoot camera)

- Tailfin downtube for tools (+small saddle bag)

- Apidura handlebar bag

- Rockbros framebag (does the job)
