Advice for cna new to agency work

Do any Cna/cma’s have any advice for me on working with an agency? I have the Nursa app for the Portland OR area and I have worked as an employee for a facility for about 2 years as a cna but I want to transition to being on call through an agency but I’m nervous to be sent into facilities where I don’t know the patients of their routines. If anyone has any tips or dos/ donts I would appreciate it !

Cna agency Portland OR

I’m currently a CNA moving to Portland OR soon right now I have the clipboard app and I use it to pick up shift when I need extra money, looking on clipboard and it doesn’t seem like there’s very many shifts up in Portland area. I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for similar apps that actually have shifts or an agency that they enjoy working for in that area I am moving there end of may so any tips on an agency or app for Cna shifts would be appreciated

Clinical skills institute, is it legit?

Im thinking of doing the online MA training through the Clinical Skills Institute. I'm wondering if anyone has completed this program and has any advice. Is it worth it? And do people feel like it adequately prepared them for the expectations of the job?, Any tips or advice on becoming an MA is greatly appreciated 😄
