Deye Battery SOC not matching direct values from BMS

Image attached from home assistant - values are often not matching, especially closer to lower SOC, which affects the charghing schedules. I've set it to use grid if SOC 35%, but in reality BMS showed that the charge was about 3%, so it almost shutdown yesterday. It already happened before, in that case invertor goes into a fault, reboots, batteries recharge from 0 and it becomes a bit more accurate.

Restarting it helped a bit - the difference flipped, BMS was showing higher percentage than the deye, which was fine, but with time margin of error becomes too big - now its about 30% difference. Is there any setting I could tweak in the deye dashboard itself?

Device is Deye SUN-6K-SG03LP1-EU
Battery Capacity 280 Ah
(which Deye converted into 26.2 kWh as per Home Assistant exposed metric)

Our use case - solar charges batteries, during summertime batteris + solar during the day account for 99% of consumption, unless its been cloudy for a couple of days. Then if it fails below 35% (as per schedule confirgured in Deye) - we use grid directly, maybe charging the batteries. During wintertime we are almost always using the grid and keeping the batteries topped up, because coincidentally during winter we also have grid shutdowns - we almost always need batteries at 100%.
