Issue with Phoenixwan+ LMT key sticking
I purchased a Phoenixwan+ LMT from the US storefront and have been using it since mid-December 2025. Starting a couple weeks ago, key #4 has been misfiring often, resulting in Poors. For example, on Primitive Vibes SPN, there were about 15 Poors caused by the issue.
I've opened the controller to see if I could spot what the problem is and everything looks OK to me, but tbh I don't have any experience maintaining/fixing equipment like this. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, what did you do to resolve it? Should I try replacing the switch?
According to the link, the controller has:
- Push Button & Springs: DJDAO customize button & 40g Spings
- Microswitch: DJDAO Customize microswitch 25g
I did email Gamo2 customer support and sent them a video of my gameplay per their request last week, but I haven't heard back yet. I've otherwise been very happy with the controller and haven't had any other issues with it.
