Yes I can use the free 10 balls and hope that I get +3 every single time but that’s unlikely. Kinda want this costume but I’m not gonna spend money to get the 20 points. So should I just give up and try to get whatever prize they have that costs around 10 points?

Asking because Quaquaval is my favourite pokemon and I would like to save all the license points in case I need it to get him.

I don’t have and don’t plan on buying the DLC, so this was my only way of obtaining the shiny charm. I’m so drained from the grind that I’m mentally over the game.
