Is this the genuine Olight sold (made?) by Aurora?

Lifehack: reduce the charging current with PD/PPS charger and a protocol trigger
Some flashlights (and other gear) pull too high power from the chargers, which might stress the batteries unnecessarily.
All you need is a PD/PPS charger and a charging protocol trigger. It will allow you to restrict the maximum current offered by the charger.
Warning: make sure you set the output voltage to 5V or you will fry your gear.

[NMD] FC12C with 18350 battery
I’ve decided to change my EDC “tactical” mini thrower (Acebeam TAC AA 2.0) for a more powerful/efficient option. I initially considered Nitecore MT2C (or MT1C) Pro but they’re rather expensive.
Then I spotted Wurkkos FC12C on Aliexpress for <$18 and decided to test it. It can always start on Turbo (as the other models mentioned here) and it’s a key feature for me.
It was too long initially, but with the 18350 battery tube it looks okay. The clip is from Skilhunt H04 (old design).
Fenix E12 V3.0 emitter swap?
I’ve just got XTAR Li-Ion “1.5V AA” batteries with USB-C charging ports, which could improve ergonomy of E12 V3.0 and make it an attractive, compact and simple EDC or backup flashlight.
It could even become a viable alternative to Skilhunt E2A (comparable size and clip and a bonus magnet in the tail).
Did any of you manage to swap the emitter?
How is the bezel (threaded, press-fit, glued)?
Thanks in advance.
This mod was inspired by u/QReciprocity42 and his post about SST-20 4000K https://budgetlightforum.com/t/luminus-4000k-phosphor-upgrade/229650
I decided to use the emitters from Convoy. They turned to be greener when directly compared with neutrally looking, ~2 years old Skilhunt E2A with SST-20 4000K. Luckily, I prefer slightly green over ~any amount of rosy.
In the absence of “competition”, the light is great and not disturbing even during long use in the middle of the night (ceiling-bounced).
The beam is slightly more throwy thanks to the smaller size of SST-20 versus 519a (see the desaturated picture).
